Requirements

Minimum of an Associate’s Degree (or equivalent work experience) required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Exhibit knowledge and understanding of clinical trial processes and clinical patient support.

Previous experience working with clinical trials and/or clinical patients a plus.

Proficiency in basic computer operations including Microsoft Office.

Bilingual in English and German.

Tasks

Support clinical trial oncology patients utilizing TTFields therapy in Germany.

Manage administrative tasks including expense reports, equipment management, and SAP interactions.

Facilitate clinical trial patient starts and CRM entries.

Conduct regular clinical trial patient visits and provide support, checking technical status of devices, and replacing components.

Serve as technical interface between the Company and assigned medical centers.
